History of Tomioka's Haori

The haori worn by the character known as the "Water Pillar" features a distinctive design that combines two different patterns on each half of the garment. One sleeve displays a solid, dark pattern, while the other half is decorated with a geometric print in lighter shades. This contrast not only creates a striking visual effect but also reflects the character's duality: firmness and serenity, strength and gentleness, focus and compassion.
